Adele have vocal cord surgery


Bad news for some Adele fans, the "Someone Like You" singer has been cancelling shows throughout the U.S. due to vocal illness. "It is with a deep regret that Adele has been forced to cancel her remaining live dates and promotional appearances in 2011. She is to undergo surgery to alleviate the current issues with her throat and a full recovery is expected." Statements said. All of ticketholders will receive a refund. Here are the list of cancelled shows :

October 18 - Spring, TX - Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion
October 19 - Austin, TX - Frank Erwin Center
October 21 - Grand Prairie, TX - Verizon Theatre

U.K. Dates:

November 7 - Wolverhampton - Civic Hall
November 8 - Wolverhampton - Civic Hall
November 10  - Blackpool - Empress Ballroom
November 12 - Bournemouth - BIC
November 14 - Cardiff - Motorpoint Arena

Rumor said that she had a throat cancer, but it's not verified rumor. Hope and pray for the best for Adele.
