Sentenced to jail

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail for failing to complete her community service stint at a women’s shelter. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay’s probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago, but now formally determined that Lindsay violated the terms of her sentence.

Lindsay, who received a new probation officer, has one week to surrender herself to prison. By December 12, must also serve 12 days of community service at the morgue and attend four 45-minute psychotherapy sessions.
